摘要 The present invention relates to an intelligent switchboard safety warning apparatus and a switchboard safety warning method by using the same. The present invention includes: a camera with a wide viewing angle which is installed in a switchboard and has an embedded LED lamp; a phase R powerless sensor, a phase T powerless sensor and a phase S powerless sensor each of which is formed on a phase R busbar, a phase T busbar and a phase S busbar, respectively, on the switchboard and includes a phase R LED device, a phase T LED device and a phase S LED device, respectively, to check transmission, a disconnected phase and a phase failure of each of the busbars; and a controller which controls a transceiving unit so that the transceiving unit generates information on the transmission, the disconnected phase and the phase failure of the three (R, T and S) phases by analyzing an image of the phase R LED device, the phase T LED device and the phase S LED device each of which flickers in each of the powerless sensors, respectively, shot by the camera and transmits the information to a control server via a network in order to automatically inform a manager of the information. The controller controls the transceiving unit so that the transceiving unit receives the internal temperature of each of the busbars and the switchboard detected by an IR temperature sensor installed along with the camera, determines that the busbars and the switchboard are overheated when the temperature exceeds a predetermined temperature value and transmits the temperature to the control server via the network in order to automatically inform the manager of the temperature. As a consequence, the present invention provides effects of immediately sensing the transmission, the disconnected phase and the phase failure by means of the camera for the busbars for the three phases and immediately detecting a fire at the switchboard and the busbars by using the IR temperature sensor and a fire sensor.
