FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric surgery, and can be used in treating hemangiomas. Ulcer surface is cleaned by laser radiation of erbium Er:YAG laser layer-by-layer at 50 µm until complete removal of necrotized tissues when bleeding on processed surface occurs. One performs sterilisation and hemostasis using Nd:YAG laser until visual appearance of dry film on surface.EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in treating specified hemangiomas due to antiseptic and haemostatic action of laser radiation.1 ex, 2 cl, 1 dwg |
