The embodiment of the application discloses a palm print information identification method and a palm print information identification device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a current display image of a palm displayed in a display area via a shooting element, detecting an angular point in the current display image, determining an interested area used for acquiring the palm print information according to the angular point, and extracting the characteristic information from the image displayed in the interested area as the palm print information. By the embodiment of the application, on one hand, a special-purpose palm print information acquisition device is not needed, and the palm of a user does not need to be contacted with the acquisition device, so that the user operation is simplified; on the other hand, an identification area determined by the angular point can be suitable for the size of the palm of the user and the different placement positions to change, so that the identification of the palm print information is more accurate. |
