The present invention relates to a vehicle including: a fuel battery generating power by receiving fuel gas; and a motor operated by the power generated by the fuel battery. The present invention sets a vehicle driving mode to press and release an accelerator as one among a common mode or a reduction emphasizing mode to promote speed reduction more than the common mode. In order to perform speed reduction in the set driving mode, the present invention performs the regeneration control of the motor in the common mode or generation control to generate speed reduction force in the reduction emphasizing mode. If the reduction driving mode is the reduction emphasizing mode, the driving mode is changed from the reduction emphasizing mode to the common mode when an opening degree of the accelerator becomes greater than a threshold value for release as the driver presses the accelerator.
