Provided is an organic light emitting display device. An organic light emitting element is arranged on a lower substrate. A bonding layer seals the organic light emitting element. An upper substrate is arranged on the bonding layer. A protection film is arranged on the upper substrate. The protection film includes holes. A space for accommodating foreign substance may be provided to the organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The generation of the distortion of the organic light emitting display device due to a thermal process, or the delamination of the upper substrate from the lower substrate can be prevented. |
