FIELD: processing and recycling of waste.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat recovery and cleaning of gases of power plant in chemical, metallurgical, fuel-power and other industries. Plant includes housing accommodating collector for pure liquid absorbent, adsorption and porous filters. Mixer with branch pipe is connected to collector via pipeline to feed polluted generator gas. Generator gas cleaning is performed in two stages. First step is stage of wet cleaning and includes mixer and adsorption filter connected to mixer via pipeline-cooler. In mixer steam-gas mixture is formed in motion of which in pipeline-cooler condensation of liquid vapors occurs and grip of gas micro contaminations by liquid absorbent droplets. Absorbent liquid droplets are adsorbed, coagulated in adsorptive filter and discharged via branch pipe located in lower part of adsorption filter. Second step is a stage of fine, dry gas cleaning from remaining impurities and is made in form of porous filter. Discharge of cleaned gas occurs via branch pipe from gap between housing and porous filter.EFFECT: high efficiency of gas cleaning.5 cl, 1 dwg |
