PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics which can increase percutaneous absorption properties of compounded active ingredients, or can improve skin compatibility by using before applying skin care cosmetics and the like.SOLUTION: Using in combination with two kinds of surfactants of (a) polyether-modified silicone and/or polyglycerol-modified silicone, and (b) sucrose fatty acid ester can increase percutaneous absorption properties of compounded active ingredients or can improve skin compatibility of skin care cosmetics and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
