PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method capable of performing filter processing of a tomographic image by easily creating a noise image.SOLUTION: A data division part 21 makes a portion of list data collected by a radiation tomography apparatus 10 first partial list data, and makes another portion second partial list data. A processing object image reconfiguration part 22 reconfigures a tomographic image of a processing object on the basis of list data. A first image reconfiguration part 23 reconfigures a first tomographic image on the basis of the first partial list data. A second image reconfiguration part 24 reconfigures a second tomographic image on the basis of the second partial list data. A noise image creation part 25 creates a noise image on the basis of difference in each pixel value of each pixel between the first tomographic image and the second tomographic image. A filter processing part 26 performs filter processing of the tomographic images of a processing object by using a smoothing parameter set on the basis of the noise image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
