摘要 A magnetic resonance imaging method, comprising: adopting an inversion recovery sequence to stimulate a scanned object to acquire an inversion recovery image; processing the inversion recovery image to acquire a corresponding real-part image; acquiring a reference image signal line corresponding to a real-part image and without inversion recovery; conducting a phase correction on the reference image signal line to acquire a phase-corrected reference image signal line; determining a polarity of the real-part image according to the phase-corrected reference image signal line. The magnetic resonance imaging method additionally acquires the reference image signal line and calculates the positive/negative polarity of a real part and the value of the reference image signal line to determine the polarity of the real-part image, with no need to make a related assumption with respect to the real-part image or a scan parameter, and the method stably and correctly determines the polarity of the real-part image of all regions, thus addressing the problem of inaccurate determination of signal polarity of different tissues of a real-part image in the real part imaging of an inversion recovery sequence.
