The present invention relates to a polyoxymethylene resin composition comprising a polyoxymethylene polymer, a lactone-based antioxidant, multi-branched polyethylene glycol, and an alkaline earth metal phosphate-based compound and, more specifically, to a polyoxymethylene resin composition has excellent thermal stability and can reduce formaldehyde emitted during a producing process by producing the polyoxymethylene polymer using a novel antioxidant and a heat stabilizer.
