PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation technique capable of suppressing generation of wrinkles on a belt-like base material.SOLUTION: A transportation unit transporting a belt-like base material in a longitudinal direction of the base material as a transportation direction comprises: a first driving roller capable of transporting the base material in the transportation direction; a second driving roller being disposed closer to a downstream side in the transportation direction than the first driving roller and capable of transporting the base material in the transportation direction; a driven roller interposing the base material between the second driving roller and the driven roller and being rotatable together with the second driving roller; and an inter-roller transportation path being provided between the first driving roller and the second driving roller, sagging the base material in a gravity direction and being capable of transporting the base material in a bent state. The second driving roller starts winding up the base material at a position closer to an upstream side in the transportation direction than a position where the driven roller is brought into contact with the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
