The present invention relates to a floating body and a solar energy generating apparatus using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the floating body comprises: a main body which is formed by embedding a foaming body in a box-shaped outer concrete wall and allows two or more anchor bolts for coupling H-beams to be buried upward in the top surface thereof; and H-beams which have coupling holes to be bolted to the anchor bolts of the main body. Two or more main bodies are coupled to each other to be integrated by the H-beams, and frames for a solar panel are assembled and coupled to the top of the H-beams. Thus, the present invention enables the simple installation of the solar energy generating apparatus by installing solar panels in the top of the H-beams.
