The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a privacy film and the privacy film. According to the method of the present invention, an angle between a surface of a transparent film and the laser radiation direction is less than 90° by making the transparent film as a reference, and the transparent film is marked by a laser ray. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a privacy film in a simple and convenient way.
