PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover that does not block an antenna signal while maintaining the accuracy of the cover size, and to provide an electronic device having the cover, and a method for manufacturing the cover.SOLUTION: The electronic device according to the present invention comprises a body, the cover mounted to the body, and an antenna. The cover includes a metal substrate and a non-conductor part. The non-conductor part is bonded to at least one place of an inner surface of the metal substrate. A clearance is formed in the place. The non-conductor part is located on a bottom of the clearance, and the antenna is installed at a position corresponding to the clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
