Specifically, the sum of a permissible delay time k at the time when measured waveform data is displayed in a user terminal UT in real time and a display time Tr of the waveform data in one unit period is calculated. The sum (Tr+k) is compared to a time Td from the measurement starting time to the time when the display of the waveform data is finished. If the result of the comparison is (Tr+k)>Td, the reading cycle for the waveform data in the subsequent unit period is set long, and if the result of the comparison is (Tr+k)
