A method for performing cell measurement for handover by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, from a serving base station, a measurement control message requesting cell measurement; determining whether to set a wireless bearer; performing the measurement of at least one cell; and transmitting, to the serving base station, a measurement report including the results of the measurement of the at least one cell based on whether to set the wireless bearer. The method of the present invention can improve call quality by strengthening handover conditions in a wireless communication system. |
