PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that has a thin metal wiring pattern with no disconnection and high in reliability.SOLUTION: A touch panel comprises: a transparent dielectric base material 11; a first thin metal wiring pattern 12 that is formed in a first direction on one face of the transparent dielectric base material 11; a second thin metal wiring pattern 13 that is formed in a second direction crossing the first direction on other face of an opposite side of the one face of the transparent dielectric base material 11; and an insulation cover 14 that is adhered to the one face of the transparent dielectric base material 11. The first thin metal wiring pattern 12 and the second thin metal wiring pattern 13 are equal to or more than 0.5 μm in thickness and less than 12 μm therein, equal to or less than 0.2 μm in surface roughness Ra, equal to or less than 2.0 μm in surface roughness Ry, and equal to or less than 1.5 μm in surface roughness Rz. The first thin metal wiring pattern 12 and the second thin metal wiring pattern 13 have a face on an operation face side subjected to blacking processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
