PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary wire placement tool capable of temporarily placing a wire while securing safety.SOLUTION: A temporary wire placement tool 1 is fitted to a washer 92 and used for temporarily placing a wire 91 and comprises an opening/closing type wire cover 11 that surrounds the wire 91. The wire cover 11 includes: a temporary wire placement part 36 which is disposed inside of the wire cover 11 for placing the wire 91 therein; and an opening/closing cover 22 which opens/closes a path of the wire 91 from the outside of the wire cover 11 to the temporary wire placement part 36. The opening/closing cover 22 is configured to be closed when the wire 91 is placed in the temporary wire placement part 36, and opened when the wire 91 is removed from the temporary wire placement part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
