The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing an oil mist canister in order to absorb the oil mist (volatile organic compounds (VOCs)) generated from a fuel tank of a vehicle to supply the oil mist in a saturated state toward a carburetor and to perform combustion and, more specifically, to an active carbon input apparatus for an oil mist canister, which quantitatively measures active carbon powder and inputs the active carbon powder into a container constituting the oil mist canister. The present invention comprises: a hopper (10) storing the active carbon in a pellet state; a dust removing unit (20) sucking and removing dust except active carbon pellets dropped from the hopper (10); a measuring unit (30) quantitatively measuring and storing the active carbon having passed through the dust removing unit (20); a container input unit (40) in which an oil mist collection container (C) is seated and which transfers the oil mist collection container (C) under the measuring unit (30); a vibration generating unit (50) vibrating the oil mist collection container (C) seated in the container input unit (40); and a level measuring unit (60) measuring an input amount of the active carbon after the active carbon carried by the measuring unit (30) is input into the oil mist collection container (C) and the active carbon is evenly spread within the oil mist collection container (C) by the vibration of the vibration generating unit (50).
