An objective of the present invention is to provide an analyzing device, and an analyzing method which improves measurement precision. The analyzing device (100) comprises: a bubble separator (10) to separate inflow liquid into a first liquid having a relatively small amount of bubbles, and a second liquid having a relatively large amount of bubbles; an analyzer (20) to analyze the first liquid separated by the bubble separator (10); a loader (30) to load the second liquid separated by the bubble separator (10); and a merging unit (40) to merge the first liquid discharged from the analyzer (20), and the second liquid discharged from the loader (30).
