PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management system and alarm monitoring device changeover method capable of avoiding a loss of failure-related data even when occurrence of any failure in a normally used alarm monitoring device causes use of another alarm monitoring device.SOLUTION: A standby system alarm monitoring device 120 includes system changeover control means 124 for transmitting all failure-related data stored in entire storage means 152 of an alarm collection device 150 to respective maintenance operation terminals 100, when occurrence of a predetermined failure in an active system alarm monitoring device 110 is detected. Each maintenance operation terminal 100 replaces a storage content of the terminal's entire storage means 103 with received failure-related data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
