摘要 A tandem-type organic light-emitting diode (OLED) and a display device are provided. The tandem-type OLED includes a substrate, a first electrode, a first light-emitting unit, a charge generate layer, a second light-emitting unit and a second electrode. The first electrode is disposed on the substrate, the first light-emitting unit is disposed on the first electrode, the charge generate layer is disposed on the first light-emitting unit is disposed on the first light-emitting unit, the second light-emitting unit is disposed on the charge generate layer, and the second electrode is disposed on the second light-emitting unit. The charge generate layer includes stacked first electron transport layer and active metal layer. Accordingly, the tandem-type OLED with stable performance is obtained and in favor of mass production.
