PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell, a solar cell panel, and a solar cell film, having improved photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: According to the embodiment, a solar cell comprising a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion film, a second electrode, and a first electret is provided. The photoelectric conversion film is arranged onto the first electrode. The photoelectric conversion film has a first semiconductor layer of a first electrical conduction form, and a second semiconductor layer of a second electrical conduction form arranged on the first semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer generate a built-in electric field. The second electrode is arranged on the photoelectric conversion film. The first electret is arranged parallel with the photoelectric conversion film in a lamination direction of the first semiconductor layer and second semiconductor layer, and generates an external electric field that faces in the same direction as the built-in electric field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
