A cooking assembly, and a cooking station employing the cooking assembly, is disclosed. The cooking assembly comprises a flexible ring which is conformable to any one of a plurality of different predeterminedly structured templates, any one of which can be interchangeably utilized upon a food station, in order to provide cooked foods with predeterminedly different shapes or configurations as may be desired.

1. A cooking assembly for use within a cooking station, comprising:
a template having a plurality of hollow regions defined therein, wherein said hollow regions have predetermined shapes, contours, or configurations; and a flexible ring disposed within each one of said hollow regions of said template, and conformable to said predetermined shapes, contours, or configurations of said hollow regions defined within said template, for confining a food product to be cooked such that when said food products, disposed within flexible rings disposed within and conformed to said predetermined shapes, contours, or configurations of said hollow regions defined within said template, are cooked, said cooked food products will have shapes, contours, or configurations substantially as defined by said hollow regions defined within said template.
