DETACHABLE DOUBLE-LOCKING RIVETING DISMOUNTING METHOD AND PULLING RIVET

A detachable double-locking riveting dismounting method and a pulling rivet are disclosed. A sleeve ring (2) from the front to the rear thereof comprises a thin-wall curved hook section (2.1), a thick-wall locking section (2.2), and a sleeve ring head (2.3) with an annular step. The rivet (1) from the front to the rear thereof comprises a rivet head (1.2) with an annular groove, the rivet head being associating with the curved hook section, a front polished rod section (1.2), a knurling section (1.3) associated with the locking section, a separating groove (1.4), a rear polished rod (1.5) and a tail annular groove section (1.6). The rivet and the sleeve ring are respectively inserted from two sides of a connected plate to form a double-side riveting. The radial locking and the axial locking are formed after riveting. The riveted rivet can be quickly detached by simply detaching tools provided with a front clamping ring (6.1), a central cylinder (6.2) and the like. The existed problems of low strength, being easy to lose, being hard to detach and the like caused by screw connection between the metal plate and the non-metal plate can be solved. The batch production, convenient mounting and dismounting, and great later maintenance can be achieved. It is applicable to the riveting of metal plate, such as steel, aluminum and the like, and the riveting of carbon fiber, composite plate and the like, which are used in automobile and railways.
