Provided is a front structure of a vehicle body, comprising: a pair of upper frames (21) continuing from front pillars (30) of a vehicle and extending forward; an upper bar (22) connected at either end thereof to the respective upper frames (21) of the pair, and extending in the vehicle width direction; a cross member (23) supported on a body mount member (24); and a radiator support reinforcement (26) for linking the upper bar (22) and the cross member (23); the upper frames (21) each having a closed cross-sectional structure, and being connected at the distal end thereof to the cross member (23).
