PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riser pipe device capable of easily moving up and down.SOLUTION: A riser pipe device comprises: a lower riser pipe placed underwater; a first underwater floating body, which is disposed on a top edge of the lower riser pipe and movably moors the top edge underwater; an upper riser pipe, which is connected to the first underwater floating body at one end, communicates with the lower riser pipe through the first underwater floating body, and has a floating body at the other end to hold the other end underwater; and an acquisition floating body, which is connected to the floating body through a rope and floats on a water surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
