PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a differential transformer, capable of forming a resin mold by using resin with extremely low fluidity.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a differential transformer according to the present invention includes: a step for winding a winding 2 around an outer periphery of a cylindrical bobbin 1; a step for, after winding the winding 2 around the outer periphery of the cylindrical bobbin 1, heaping resin 3 on an outer periphery of the winding 2; a step for, after heaping the resin 3 on the outer periphery of the winding 2, arranging the cylindrical bobbin 1 in an internal cavity 40 of a split mold 4, and solidifying the resin 3 to form a resin mold 5 for fixing the winding 2 on the outer periphery of the cylindrical bobbin 1; and a step for, after forming the resin mold 5, dividing the split mold 4, detaching the cylindrical bobbin 1 from the split mold 4, and inserting the cylindrical bobbin 1 into an outer case 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
