PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator which enables reduction of fluctuations of an oscillatory frequency of a crystal element while inhibiting chips of the crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator includes: a package 110 having a substrate 110a, a first frame body 110b provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110a; and a second frame body 110c provided along an outer peripheral edge of the first frame body 110b; electrode pads 111 provided on an upper surface of the first frame body 110b; connection pads 115 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pads 111; a temperature transducer 150 mounted on the connecting pads 115; an insulation resin 170 which is provided so as to cover the temperature transducer 150; and a lid body 130 joined to an upper surface of the second frame body 110c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
