The present invention relates to a lift device of a vehicle. An objective of the present invention is to embed a lifting unit comprising a cylinder and a piston rod for providing a lifting force by an oil pressure in the ground and allow only a support unit fixed on the piston rod of the lifting unit to protrude on the ground to prevent an accident by colliding with a worker or a passing pedestrian, and minimize a portion interfering with a work path to improve work efficiency. To achieve the objective, the lift device of a vehicle lifts a vehicle or a target object to a prescribed height to perform work, and comprises: a lifting unit (110) to provide a lifting force; and a support unit (120) wherein the vehicle or the target object is seated on an upper end thereof to be lifted by a lifting force provided by the lifting unit (110) to lift the vehicle or the target object. The lifting unit (110) comprises: a cylinder (112) embedded in the ground without protruding to the outside to prevent interference with a work path to improve work efficiency; a piston rod (114) disposed on the inside of the cylinder (112) to ascend to a prescribed height in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder (112), wherein the support unit (120) is fixed on an upper end thereof; and a pressure pump (116) to supply a lifting force to the cylinder (112) to lift the piston rod (114) to the prescribed height. |
