PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portrait right protection program capable of allowing a user to utilize a picked up image after completing the portrait right processing.SOLUTION: The portrait right protection program causes a computer to execute a processing including the steps of: acquiring a first image data obtained by picking up an image before being stored in a state usable by a user; and when the acquired first image data includes a person from whom no imaging permission is obtained, storing a second image data in a first storage area after processing the image so that the person cannot be identified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
