PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing a voice mail box are provided so that a callee confirms a message when wishing for confirming the message and transmits an answering message to a caller in case that the caller leaves the message using a code of the callee. CONSTITUTION: An origination management device(501) stores information of a caller or a caller wired and wireless terminal in a database(530), and manages stored information. A termination management device(503) stores information of a callee or a callee wired and wireless terminal in the database(530), and manages stored information. A caller message generating device(505) generates a message to be transmitted from the caller wired and wireless terminal to the callee wired and wireless terminal, and stores the generated message in the database(530). A callee answering message generating device(509) generates an answering message to be transmitted from the callee wired and wireless terminal to the caller wired and wireless terminal, and stores the generated answering message in the database(530). A message reception notifying device(507) transmits information to the callee wired and wireless terminal for informing that the message arrives from the caller wired and wireless terminal. An answering message reception notifying device(511) transmits information to the caller wired and wireless terminal for informing that the answering message arrives from the callee wired and wireless terminal. |
