Provided is a linear vibrator which prevents a substrate from being damaged by a weight body when driving the linear vibrator. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a linear vibrator comprises: a fixing unit for providing an inner space with a certain size; at least one magnet arranged in the inner space, and generating magnetic force; a vibrating unit arranged to face the magnet, and having a coil generating electromagnetic force and a weight body; and a substrate of which one end is coupled to the vibrating unit to be a free terminal, and the other end coupled to the fixing unit to be a fixed terminal. An avoiding unit inserted to the inside can be provided on the bottom surface corresponding to the substrate of the weight body. |
