PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module that can reduce the optical loss caused by a wiring material and increase the total power generation amount of the solar battery module in a day and night.SOLUTION: A solar battery module has a solar battery, a wiring material, a light receiving face side protection material, a back surface side protection material and a sealing material. A collector electrode at the light receiving face side of the solar battery and the surface at the back surface side of the wiring material adhere to each other. An irregularity portion comprising plural substantially quadrangular-pyramid convex portions are formed on the surface at the light receiving face side of the wiring material which is located on the collector electrode of the solar battery. It is preferable that the intersection angle θ between the bottom surface of the substantially quadrangular pyramid satisfies 20°<θ<40°. It is preferable that the intersection angle φ between a line parallel to the width direction of the wiring material and a ridge line of the substantially quadrangular pyramid in plan view satisfies 45°<φ≤90°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
