PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically conductive film having regularly arrayed conductive particles and arranged so that the occurrence of a short or conduction failure is reduced largely.SOLUTION: An anisotropically conductive film comprises: an insulating adhesive base layer; and conductive particles disposed at lattice points of a two-dimensional lattice pattern on an insulating adhesive base layer. As to the anisotropically conductive film, the percentage of lattice points where no conductive particle is disposed to all of lattice points of a two-dimensional lattice pattern supposed in a reference region is less than 20%; the percentage of lattice points where agglomerates of conductive particles are disposed to all the lattice points of the two-dimensional lattice pattern is 15% or less; and vacancies and the agglomerates account for less than 25% in total.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
