PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel which is compact, has simple constitution, and can be easily assembled.SOLUTION: A lens barrel (6) has a cam cylinder (3) having a cam groove (3c) formed, and lens holding means (2) having follower means (2a) capable of following up the cam groove (3c). The lens holding means (2) comprises elastic means (2b) capable of being elastically displaced along a radius of the cam cylinder (3), the follower means (2a) is provided on the elastic means (2b), and the cam groove (3c) is formed within a predetermined range which does not include an end of the cam cylinder (3). When the lens holding means (2) is incorporated in the cam cylinder (3), the follower means (2a) enters the cam cylinder (3) while the elastic means (2b) elastically deforms along the radius of the cam cylinder (3) to be inserted into the cam groove (3c).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
