A manufacturing method of a flexible liquid crystal panel and a flexible liquid crystal panel. The manufacturing method of the flexible liquid crystal panel comprises: first manufacturing a comb-type pixel electrode (11), a gate line, a data line, a TFT and a colour filter layer on a first flexible substrate (1); continuously smearing a mixed solution of a sealing glue (51') and liquid crystal micro-capsules (53) on a flexible mother board (30) in a roll-to-roll manner, simultaneously performing UV illumination, making the sealing glue (51') undergo a polymerization reaction, curing the sealing glue to form a polymer layer (51), and distributing the liquid crystal micro-capsules (53) in the polymer layer (51) to obtain a polymer/liquid crystal mixed layer (5); then cutting a composite layer of the flexible mother board (30) and the polymer/liquid crystal mixed layer (5) to obtain a second flexible substrate (3); then laminating the first flexible substrate (1) and the second flexible substrate (3); and finally laminating an upper polarizer (9) and a lower polarizer (7). |
