The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sludge treatment apparatus which increases contaminant separating efficiency and has enhanced durability. According to the present invention, provided is the sludge treatment apparatus which comprises: a fist mixing case having a fixed space part formed on the inner part, a first inflow part formed on one side, and a first discharge part formed on the other side; a first screw module mounted to be rotatable on the inner side of the first mixing case; a fist air vent arranged on the first mixing case; a second mixing case having a fixed space part formed on the inner part, a second inflow part formed on one side to communicate with the first discharge part, and a second discharge part formed on the other side; a second screw module mounted to be rotatable on the inner side of the second mixing case; a second air vent arranged on the second mixing case; and a drainage module arranged on the second mixing case. The first screw module comprises: a first shaft pipe mounted to be rotatable on the inner part of the first mixing case and having an inner hollow part formed along the longitudinal direction; a first screw part mounted on the first shaft pipe and rotating with the first shaft pipe to allow contaminants stored in the space part to be moved from one side to the other side; and a first driving motor axially connected to the first shaft pipe. The sludge treatment apparatus further comprises: a first pump supplying a fluid to the hollow part of the first shaft pipe at high pressure; and a first vortex hole arranged on the first screw part to allow the supplied fluid to reversely cause a vertex with respect to the direction of a vortex of contaminants formed during the rotation of the first screw part. |
