The pressure sensor has a membrane electrode (1), a fixed electrode (2) and a dielectric layer (3). A surface of the fixed electrode is covered with the dielectric layer. The membrane electrode and the dielectric layer are arranged opposite to each other and are partially spaced through an intermediate layer (5) forming a cavity (4). The fixed electrode has a recess (6) in a section opposite to the cavity. |
