The present invention relates to a customer management monitoring system utilizing a monitor installed in a vehicle and a method thereof and, more particularly, to a customer management monitoring system utilizing a monitor installed in a vehicle and a method thereof utilizing a customer management monitoring system to enable vehicle management in a corresponding building, parking service, image and text provision through a monitor installed in a vehicle, and an advertisement server. Additionally, the present invention can check the access of vehicles to a corresponding building or a parking lot through an external manager device by utilizing a monitor installed in the vehicle. Also, the present invention can provide extraordinary customized service regarding vehicle management of customers and parking service by displaying the grades of each vehicle. Additionally, the monitor installed in the vehicle can display a certain image, text and time, thereby enabling users to check access of users and their schedule and which department each user belongs to. Besides, the present invention can provide images and texts set by a local manager in a certain area, making customer management easier. Also, advertisements can be provided by the external manager device, and in emergency, users can be informed through the monitor by images and texts displayed on the monitor through a user terminal. |
