<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture fine particles having uniform particle sizes, by suppressing coalescence of droplet ejected from a droplet ejection means and the permeation and bubble mixing from an ejection hole, in an air prilling method. <P>SOLUTION: A fine particle manufacturing apparatus includes: a toner liquid tank 13 for storing a toner composition liquid 14; a droplet ejection device 2 for ejecting the toner composition liquid 14 sent from the toner liquid tank from the ejection hole 19; an ejection chamber 3 (drying chamber) enclosing a space where the droplet 21 is ejected by a droplet ejecting apparatus and the droplet is dried; common piping 5 for making the toner liquid tank communicate with the ejection chamber; and a vacuum pump 6 for decompressing the toner liquid tank and the ejection chamber through common piping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
