There is demand for a system that enables a device to share its operating state with a plurality of persons in conjunction with information indicating an operational state of a device, in a situation in which maintenance is performed from a remote location. A network system is provided with at least one terminal device, a control device that controls a machine, and a server device that receives data including at least one of image data and audio data from at least one of the control device and the terminal device that are connected via a network, and distributes the received data to a different device from the device that transmitted the data. The control device is provided with a controller that executes a control operation, and a communication unit that transmits data indicating an operational state of the machine that is controlled to the server device. The terminal device includes a display unit that displays the operational state of the machine controlled by the control device together with a state of another terminal device connected to the server device. |
