摘要 The present invention relates to a plasma nozzle (130) of a plasma-mig hybrid welding machine. The plasma nozzle (130) of the plasma-mig hybrid welding machine is a dual-diameter nozzle wherein an outer diameter of an orifice (132) is greater than an inner diameter. The orifice (132) has a straight line section (134) of a constant diameter on an inner portion of the orifice (132). According to the present invention, the outer diameter of the nozzle orifice is formed greater than the inner diameter to improve a plasma arc temperature in the inner portion, and promotes the prevention of a puckering bead on an outer portion. Also, a feeding speed is able to be improved by controlling a puckering phenomenon at a high current. Moreover, a cleaning width is able to be increased by increasing a plasma arc width, and arc stabilization is able to be promoted by an external formation of a molten pool of a cathode spot.
