PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means in which an ultrathin formation of a coating film formed by coating liquid containing resin material and solvent on a long base material can be attained and a stable and efficient production of a laminate can be carried out.SOLUTION: A system comprises support medium moving means, a coating segment, a preliminary drying segment and a main drying segment. A fine air flow having an air capacity of 0.01 to 1.0 m/sec and an air flow temperature of 25±2 to 3°C that is the same as that of the atmospheric air or higher temperature than that of atmospheric air is uniformly sprayed to a downstream side of the coating segment and an upstream side of the preliminary drying part. The system further comprises a pre-drying segment for making uniform solvent atmosphere on the coating film. The pre-drying segment is a flat member arranged substantially in parallel with a part near the plane of the coating film, there are provided a porous member having a plurality of through-pass holes capable of passing air flow therethrough that are uniformly arranged over the flat plane, an air flow supply means for supplying an air stream and air stream guiding means capable of feeding the air stream supplied from the air stream supplying means against the porous member. |
