PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear shell gridiron with which ear shells can be kept in a horizontal state and stably fixed to be baked when alive ear shells are baked on a personal table-top stove for serving one of cuisines in a country inn, a hotel or the like.SOLUTION: A face of the gridiron is shaped in almost inverse-elliptic cone having a plane gradually inclined downward so that the shell of an ear shell can have more contact part with the gridiron, the edge of the shell is kept mostly perfect horizontal even though the body of the ear shell moves during baking and it can be kept baked in a securely fixed situation. |
