According to the present invention, a color filter array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display device using the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, a color filter array and a method for manufacturing a liquid crystal display device are disclosed. The color filter array substrate comprises: black matrices which are arranged on a substrate and arranged to be separated from each other and which have an opening; a color filter layer arranged in the opening; and an over-coat layer arranged on the substrate including the color filter layer. Therefore, a mixture between colors is prevented in the liquid crystal display device of high resolution. |
