SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD FOR CUTTING EDGE OF GLASS

The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for a cutting edge of glass in which a cutting edge is surface-treated by a laser spot by differently setting a start point and an end point of surface treatment. A surface treatment method according an embodiment of the present invention is a method for surface-treating a cutting edge of glass by using a laser spot, the method including the steps of: generating a laser spot while the center of the laser spot is not included in a central area of the cutting edge of glass; introducing the center of the laser spot into the central area of the cutting edge of glass; surface-treating the cutting edge of a circumference of the glass by moving at least one of the laser spot and the glass such that the center of the laser spot is moved in one direction along the central area of the cutting edge of the glass; and deviating the center of the laser spot from the central area while taking a border opposite to the border of the central area, into which the laser spot is introduced, as a border thereof such that a surface which is not surface-treated by the laser spot is minimized.
