A phase-cut dimming control system according to an embodiment comprises: a phase angle detection unit for detecting a phase angle of an input voltage generated by phase-cut dimming; a feedback signal generation unit for generating a first reference signal corresponding to the detected phase, and an initial feedback signal based on a detection signal corresponding to power supplied to a load and the first reference signal; a feedback signal modulation unit for modulating the initial feedback signal to generate a feedback signal; a power transmission control unit for generating a control signal to control power transmission based on the feedback signal; and a power transmission circuit for transmitting power to the load based on the control signal.
