The present invention relates to a welfare call service providing method for senior citizens living alone. The present invention is capable of collecting information about wards from a ward terminal to establish a database; periodically checking the state of the wards′ health; improving the state of health and knowledge of the wards; and requesting information about the ward from a guardian terminal. The method comprises the steps of: establishing a database after mapping a guardian terminal with the information about the wards collected from the wards′ terminal or the guardian terminal; transmitting check data or a check call to the wards′ terminal; transmitting a call failure message to a guardian terminal or one of the servers if a response message for the check data or check call is not received; and updating data corresponding to reasons for why the response message was not received from the guardian terminal or server after mapping the same with the wards′ terminal. |
