The present invention relates to a nano fiber manufacturing apparatus and a nano fiber manufacturing method and, more particularly, to a three-dimensional nano fiber manufacturing apparatus and a three-dimensional nano fiber manufacturing method utilizing an electrospinning technique in which a nano fiber thickness deviation attributable to electric field irregularity is prevented during three-dimensional nano fiber manufacturing based on combination between the electrospinning technique and a three-dimensional printing technique. The present invention includes: a 3D printer producing a three-dimensional object by using data scanned by a 3D scanner; an electrospinning machine producing a three-dimensional nano fiber by injecting polymer solution jet charged by an electric repulsive force onto a surface of the three-dimensional object produced by the 3D printer in a state where the electrospinning machine is disposed at the 3D printer; and a camera vision system disposed at the electrospinning machine, moving along a curve of the three-dimensional object, and measuring the distance between an injection nozzle of the electrospinning machine and the three-dimensional object in real time and adjusting the position of the injection nozzle at the same time. |
